When placing your order there is a 24hour payment time. When proof of payment isn't received in 24hours your cart will be emptied, putting back some of the items. These gems are hand crafted and takes a long time to make. The next person might want what you have in your cart. First comes first serve.
Customized gems will be discussed on Whatsapp and a 50% payment upfront. It just helps me to get all the materials needed to complete your treasure.
